Processing of personal data

n accordance with Article 6, Clauses 1, 2, Part Two of Article 8, Part Two of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” (hereinafter – the Law), the charitable organization “Charitable Fund “Finances Accessible to All” informs about the owner, manager, location, composition and purpose of collection of personal data processed by means of software, third parties to whom such personal data is transferred and the rights of the subject of personal data.

This site was created and put into operation by the charitable organization “Finance Accessible to All”.

The owner of the personal data processed on the site is the holder – the charitable organization “Finance Accessible to All”:

– identification code of a legal entity in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 44616796;

– location: 50074, Ukraine, Kryvyi Rih, Baikalska Street, 96

– contact phone number – +38 097 840 3535.

The manager of personal data is the charitable organization “Finance Accessible to All”.

Personal data (its content) includes:

surname, first name and patronymic (if available) of the person (applicant);
registered or actual place/country of residence;
e-mail address, contact phone numbers.
also, with the consent of the applicant, other information may be indicated, including age, gender, etc.

Collection of surname, first name, patronymic (if available), other personal data is carried out by direct provision of personal data by the person during registration.

The processing of personal data means any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, change, renewal, use and distribution (distribution, implementation, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, carried out using software, etc.

The purpose of processing (collection) of personal data is:

creating and ensuring the functioning of the electronic cabinet of the subject of personal data;
ensuring the participation of the subject of personal data in surveys regarding initiatives and projects in various spheres of social life, as well as leaving feedback, questions or comments by the subject of personal data.

There are no third parties to whom personal data is transferred.

Other persons applying to the charitable organization “Charitable Fund “Finance Available for All” have the right to receive personal data exclusively on the grounds specified by law.

Transfer of personal data to foreign subjects of relations related to personal data (cross-border transfer of personal data) is not carried out.

Only the user (the subject of personal data) has access to the information about the person (personal data) that is generated using the software services of the charitable organization “Charitable Fund “Finances Accessible to All” and only to the information that concerns such a user.

The procedure for accessing personal data of third parties is carried out in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information”.

According to the second part of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”, the subject of personal data has the right:

1) know about the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence (residence) of the owner or controller of personal data, except for cases established by law;

2) receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom his personal data is transferred;

3) to access your personal data;

4) to receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided by law, an answer on whether his personal data is being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;

5) present a reasoned demand to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of his personal data;

6) make a reasoned demand for the change or destruction of your personal data by any owner and administrator of personal data, if these data are processed illegally or are unreliable;

7) to protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of data, as well as protection from providing information that is unreliable or dishonors honor, dignity and business reputation natural person;

8) file complaints about the processing of your personal data to the Human Rights Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;

9) apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data;

10) know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;

11) to protect against an automated decision that has legal consequences for him.
